The production shop houses 20 Molding Machines, both Injection and Compression, PLC/Computer controlled. These are fully supported by ancillary equipment and backup power using DG sets. |

The Design and Development section is fully integrated set up consisting of CAD/CAM/CNC, in house facility for all major work. |

We have under the same facility, complete set up for machining of UHMWPE components consisting of Special Purpose Machines as well as regular machines. |

The sub-assembly and finishing section has facility of Spin Riveting, Ultrasonic Welding and Pneumatic Fixtures for assembling. For finishing, Paint Shop, Pad & Screen Printing facilities are available. |
