Air Curtains

Air Curtains deliver a continuous wall of air from the top to bottom or side to side of a doorwayand are designed to create an invisible ai barrier over an entrance, seprating the air barrier over an entrance, seprating the air between two environments of different temperatures. They are typically used at entances that are more often open than closed.

  Air Curtains stop cold air / warm air from escaping, reduce energy cost, provide unhindered access and improve visibility and safety.
  The air flow acts as a curtain that reduce heat loss and eliminate room turbulence.
  These highly effective Air Curtains deliver air flow of 2000m3/hr to 4,800m3/hr depending on the model selected.
  Avialable in stainless steel, rolled powder coated ms sheet with polymer options.
  Large selection avialable to suit all door sizes.
  Customization is avialable as per client requirement.

Installation Procedure

AIR CURTAIN-INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Take out the Air Curtain Unit from the box and separate the Mounting Plate by unscrewing Screws fixed at the bottom near the louver.
2. Place the Mounting Plate on the wall, about three to four inches above the door opening while maintaining the center. Mark the Mounting Hole positions.
3. Drill holes and fix plastic Plugs provided with the Unit. Fix the Mounting Plate by tightening the Screws provided with the unit.
4. Hang the Main Unit on the Mounting Plate and replace the screws removed at point number one.
5. The Curtain has one main Power Supply (220 V AC 50Hz) having 3 Pin Plug and there is another Two Core Wire. A Magnetic sensor in two part (one for door leaf and other for door frame, having lead). Fix the sensor as indicated and connect and tape with two core wire of the main.

An air curtain uses a blower or fan to force a directional stream of air in a downward direction. The forced air creates an invisible barrier that helps to control temperatures by preventing hot or cold air from entering a doowrway or building at an opening. Air curtains also are used to keep contaminants such as insects, dust, pollen, and other debris, from entering an interior space.
